My name is Ping and I came to Canada 6 years ago, after 25 years working as a professional engineer in the area of environmental protection in various industries, including wineries. I have a background in chemistry and microbiology, and I spent 5 years working with brewer’s yeast.



After a lengthy search, I have found the company that is a perfect match for my experience and my passion for wine making - that company is Nanaimo’s Rainy Crick Wine.
