Oak Barrel Program
For those of you that have a more discerning taste, shall we say the connoisseurs amongst you,
that don't mind waiting for a longer aged wine. We have our popular Oak Barrel program.
Debbie compares the quality of the aged oak barrel wine to that of $19 to $20
wines.
Oak aging has been around for 100's of years and has been known to help produce some of the
best tasting wines in the world.
The natural Oak Tannin's that seep into the wine while aging add body, and slows down the oxidation which in turn matures the wine. "Just that few
extra weeks in the barrel makes all the difference" states Debbie. Fine wine does take a little extra
time, but its worth it. As the saying goes life is too short to drink bad wine".
